L-DOPA (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-L-alanine) is a drug of choice in Parkinson's disease treatment. However the chemical method its synthesis has number drawbacks, so biotechnological approaches are being explored as an alternative. Aim. The goal to develop new affordable and effective biosynthesis using mushroom tyrosinase, immobilized economical carrier, which ensures stability enzyme multiple uses. Methods. Agaricus bisporus isolated tyrosinase was used work. carried out aqueous organic medium. obtained product analyzed mass spectrometry, specific rotation melting point. immobilization poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP), interaction with pH-optimum application frequency were determined. Results. A partially purified preparation from bisporus.
